26 June 2022 Finally visited Fusillo Italian restaurant last night for dinner after 4 months of living here in Pattaya, I love Italian food and passed in front almost on a daily basis… I had to convince my Thai g/f and yesterday was the day!!! Here’s what we ordered, more than we should of but I needed to have a good variety taste.

Bottle of Valpolicella Plate of Brushetta Minestrone and Seafood soups Fettuccine funghi in a Gorgonzola sauce Meat cannelloni Pizza Funghi Tiramisu

Every single plate was so delicious, and I give a special mention to the Seafood soup which is a meal by itself, so much seafood in it which is often not the case elsewhere.

To top it up, the owner is Italian and extremely nice and courteous and it shines on his Thai employees who are just like him.

The restaurant is very well decorated and what to say about the outside, so many trees and plants, small private areas with table for 6 to dine with family and friends with table tops made of decorative ceramics.

Wow this place wins the award for being very rude like nothing I've ever experienced before. I tried to order for take away and since I understand the challenge of language barrier, I asked if we can connect on line app, but the staff who was on the phone suggested WhatsApp instead. And so I did connect on WhatsApp and just asking some questions before confirming my order, specifically what vegetables are in your grilled vegetables? And for that, I was blocked, you read it right, BLOCKED!! I was so in disbelief that I called them from my friend's phone and yes the staff confirmed that I was blocked by the boss who is handling the WhatsApp chat, according to the staff on the phone, I must have asked something the boss doesn't like and that if i want to know more, I should just come to the restaurant. So yea, that concludes my experience with this restaurant. Well done for chasing away potential customers 👏 you will never see me in here, you may serve good food (I will never know) but your attitude...
