Time Bar — Restaurant in Pattaya City

The young lady was attractive and friendly we shared three or four drinks together. Enjoyed her company immensely. Came time to pay my bill which was a little over 1200 Thai baht which I did do realizing that I have not left the tip I asked her to take 1000 baht bill and get me some change.

When she came back she had a

a single 500 baht Bill and I asked her where was the rest and she said something to the effect of the bartender keep so I went into speak to the bartender. Mentioning that she had not giving me my full change. She say she keep for bar fine I tell the bartender that I did not want the girl and that I required my change she flew into a rage throwing an ashtray which did hit me. Fell To the floor and broke . .absolutely unbelievable this woman has no business serving the public whatsoever. Would not recommend this place and I suggest that the owners look into this issue I’m sure that you’ll see what I’m speaking about in terms of your video surveillance this took place on May 1 at...

I have been in Pattaya for a month now and I am a little disappointed I did not find this place sooner. The food was very good and the best I found around this price point. I had the American breakfast this morning. Not only was it among the best I had here; it was the cheapest.

After that pleasant surprise, I decided to come back for dinner. I had eight buffalo wings, fries, and two beers. The total was 320 Baht, just slightly under 10 dollars. This was for eight wings, not the traditional six. The food was great.

I should also mention, they have some of the cheapest beers for Happy Hour, which ends at 9pm.

It is noted, the staff were very pleasant and attentive. The establishment has several flatscreen televisions throughout to watch various sports. The one drawback is I don't think it is air-conditioned.

Better food and breakfasts than available elsewhere at a reasonable price. Sausages are not chicken sausages. Toast os not sweet. Good value. Other menu items are well priced and value for money, daily specials are enticing. Day staff are attentive and friendly, appreciate they go up and down stairs all day to serve food. I've tried a couple of mains, that have been sound in a value vs quantity and quality way, but I am incredibly picky. All in all, great bar that I have returned to several days in a row, and intend to do so, until my untimely death. Here's hoping they continue to perform.
