The food that we had here was lovely. However, we weren’t aware that we were ordered a whole separate rice dish which was much dearer than the ordinary jasmine rice that came with the curry (I don’t get why this seems to be a thing in Khao lak - charging extra for rice when a curry dish should just come with rice), and the female waitress was visibly annoyed that my partner had questioned the extra charge for rice. Definitely worth a visit. Great staff, very friendly and the service was the best we've got on our 14 day visit. Have been to a few more expensive restaurants nearby and none of them could give us the same dinner experience.

Food tasted very good as well, and they gave our 1,5 year old son both a drinking glass, a plate and a spoon if we wanted to share our food and drinks with him even though we didn't ask for it.
