Let me start by saying that the beef here is beyond anything you would typically find in Europe. It resembles the renowned wagyu, boasting an exceptional level of marbling that renders the meat incredibly succulent and tender. If you haven't experienced wagyu before, be prepared for what could potentially be the most exceptional steak of your life.

Located within the captivating grounds of the Beyond Resort, this steak house stands tall as one of the finest dining establishments in Khao Lak. We were so captivated by its offerings that we found ourselves returning not once, not twice, but a staggering four times during our twelve-day stay. Such is the caliber of this establishment.

This is definitely a beautiful spot. The staff, the Philippine girl, was excellent. The food. It's shameful on so many levels. The brussel sprouts we just terrible boiled & watery with boiled bacon zero colour or flavour. The spaetzles weren't any better. The pork chop was served basically ice cold in the middle. What bothers me the most is that with such a beautiful place is any person can find a great recipe on YouTube and make it. To serve that is shameful. Terrible.

I don't recommend this place unless you are just going for a steak.

Thank you for the reply. I do apologise for the bad review. Honestly I couldn't say anything it was a special occasion for someone at the table. I don't like doing bad reviews however it wasn't just the items I listed. Multiple mistakes. Food mixups cold and way under par. Again those brussel sprouts were an absolute shame. YouTube can be very helpful is all I'm saying. Maybe it was just our table or this one time. I see good reviews. As you know to have a return customer nowadays places need to shine. Correct? So for those prices very underwhelming sorry to say....

We recently had the pleasure of dining at Motown on Fire in Khao Lak, and without a doubt, it was the best steak restaurant experience we've ever had. From the moment we walked in, the warm and inviting ambiance set the stage for an exceptional evening.

The real stars of the night were the staff—Ket, Ynnah, and Ch’a. Their customer service was nothing short of superb. They made us feel incredibly welcome and went out of their way to ensure that every detail of our dining experience was perfect. Their attentiveness and genuine care truly made us feel like valued guests.

And then there was the steak. It was simply divine—juicy, tender, and cooked to absolute perfection. The quality of the meat was outstanding, and it was clear that the chefs at Motown on Fire take great pride in their craft.
