Sandy Beach Restaurant — Restaurant in Phang-nga Province

Sandy Beach Restaurant at Baan Khaolak Beach Resort, is a fantastic Place to have a nice dinner, or perhaps a drink overlooking the Andaman Sea any time of the day. The staff there will do anything in their power to serve and at the same time make you feel that you are in the land of smile. The food is always well prepared and have the authentic Thai flavor. Thanks to all staff and management. A special thanks to Mint who have been my Thai teacher, and also always serve in the restaurant with a big smile. Had a fantastic dinner here. The Daviola pizza was a highlight—thin crust, perfectly crispy, and not too thick. The flavors were spot on!

We ordered food for two, and I was impressed that each person’s dish came out at the same time, hot and fresh. On top of that, the waitress came back to check on how our meal was, which isn’t something you usually see in casual dining restaurants in this area. It made the experience feel more attentive and welcoming.

After our visit, my girlfriend suffered a severe case of food poisoning. Right after lunch she became so sick that she had to vomit 11 times. She needed medical treatment until late at night, including IV fluids and everything that goes with it. In the end, we had to pay over €1,000 for the doctor.
