Service was a bit slow, but I can understand as the place was full. There were a good number of the diners who are like me redeeming the coupon from the hospital visit. Also sat where the air conditioning was blowing directly, so I was cold the whole time!

Despite this, it was a good meal. Enjoyed the biscuits and tea they served while waiting for my order. I had Stir Fried Prawn and Chicken in Curry Powder with Rice and Spicy Tom Yum Prawn Soup plus a hot Americano.

The soup was spicy! I forgot to tell the server to ask the chef to reduce the spiciness (my bad, this is Thailand so expect...

A service tends to be slow during lunchtime as many hospital checkups come for redeems the coupons but don't worry as the food will make up for your time. The food is surprisingly good. Don't let the bad review fool you. This is one of the good outlets of black canyon.

วันอาทิตย์ เวลา 11:10 เข้าใช้บริการ ปริมาณลูกค้า 70% ของจำนวนโต้ะ ขณะที่เรากำลังเลือกโต้ะอยู่ มีคนที่เป็นเหมือนหัวหน้า(หรือแคชเชียไม่แน่ใจ)พูดดังๆกับพนักงานเสริฟว่า "รับออเดอร์ให้แจ้งลูกค้าด้วย" * (การสั่งลูกน้องลูกค้าแบบนี้ควรปรัปปรุง พนักงานมีไม่กี่คนเดินไปกระซิปก็ได้มั้ง) แล้วพนักงานเสริฟก็เดินมาแจ้งว่า อารหารช้านิดนึง (ช้านิดนึงคือกี่นาที?) เรามีนัดประมาณ12:00 ก็คิดว่าคงไม่ช้ามากขนาด 50 นาที สั่งอาหารไปสามอย่างและถามพนักงานเสริฟว่านานมากมั้ย พนักงานบอกว่า15นาที เราคิดว่าถ้า15นาทีเรารอได้ แต่ว่า สักพักพนักงานเสริฟคนเดิม เดินมาแจ้งว่า ถ้าเรามีนัดเที่ยง อาหารอาจจะทำไม่ทัน!!! เพราะคิวเยอะมาก จะได้อาหารอาจจะเป็นเที่ยงกลัวเราไม่ทัน (พนักงานคนนี้น่ารักมาก) ทำให้เราต้องยกเลิกออร์เดอร์ไปหาอาหารฟู้ดคอร์ทจบข่าว เรื่องแบบนี้ ทีมบริหารBlack Canyon ต้องลงมาแก้ปัญหาให้ลูกค้า ไม่ใช่ให้พนักงานหน้าร้านรับและแก้ปัญหาแบบขอไปทีแบบนี้ การเปิดบริการร้านอาหารที่มีราคาอาหารแต่ละเมนูราคาสูง แต่ร้านไม่สามารถรองรับลูกค้าในได้ โดย ต้องใช้วิธีบอกลูกค้าว่ารอนานเป็นการแก้ปัญหาของธุรกิจร้านอาหาร ที่ไม่ถูกต้อง

ส่วนโรงพยาบาลก็ควรมาตรวจการให้บริการของร้านค้าพวกนี้ด้วย เพราะร้านพวกนี้เข้ามาให้บริการลูกค้าโรงพยาบาลของคุณ เขาก็ควรจะมีการบริการที่ดีพอสมควร...
