For English, please see below. อัพเดตรีวิว พ.ค. 2022 เป็นเรื่องน่ามหัศจรรย์ที่ร้านเมื่อล็อกดาวน์กรุงเทพฯ ทั้งสองครั้ง คุณภาพอาหาร บริการ นั้นดีกว่าแบบเปิดปกติทั้งหมด ชื่นชมในความชัดเจนในแนวทางการจัดการของร้านมาก ๆ ล่าสุดที่ได้ใช้งานคุณภาพอาหารคือแย่จนเป็นเรื่องปกติ ดูเหมือนผู้รีวิวใน Maps จะเห็นด้วยในประเด็นนี้

อีกปัญหาคือ สาขานี้เหมือนเน้นบริการ riders มากกว่า ถ้าจะเน้นการขายออนไลน์ แนะนำให้อย่าเปิดหน้าร้าน เพราะลำบากทั้งลูกค้าและพนักงาน ไม่ได้รับการใส่ใจในฐานะลูกค้าเมื่อเทียบกับ rider มีเครื่องจ่ายใบเสร็จเสียอีก รออาหารทีครึ่งชั่วโมง

Updated review: During Bangkok COVID-19 lockdown, the branch was better in every way. I admire its consistency. Recently in May of 2022, I came back to this branch. Results are the same about the bad food quality and dreadful services. The Thai reviewers seem to agree on this matter.

Another problem is the branch seems to emphazie the food delivery platforms. The staffs serve these riders pretty well and the in-store customers are neglected. Last time, they forgot my order and I had to remind them that there're customers in the store. My advice for KFC is to shut down the in-store part and merely focus on the kitchen. Because of this terrible management decision, the serving staffs and the customers suffer a lot.

Another issue is hygiene of the physical store which is terrible just like the quality of food...

มาทานบ่อยเวลามาทำงานแถวนี้ ปกติได้อาหารเร็วไม่มีปัญหา วันนี้สั่งข้าวไก่แกงเขียวหวานและลาเต้เย็นจากตู้ เลือกทานในร้าน รออาหารไป15นาทียังไม่ได้ จนพนักงานเดินเอากาแฟมาให้ถึงมาแจ้งว่าข้าวยังไม่ได้ต้องรอทอดใหม่อีกห้านาที สุดท้ายครึ่งชั่วโมงจากที่สั่งพึ่งทอดไก่เสร็จ(+15 นาที หลังจากที่เดินมาแจ้ง) ไม่มีการเตรียมจานหรือข้าวเอาไว้ก่อนด้วยซ้ำระหว่างรอไก่ ได้ยินพนักงานยังถามกันอยู่ว่ามีใครเตรียมอะไรไว้รึยัง คล้ายจะเกี่ยงๆกัน หนักสุดคือเดินมาถามตอนผ่านไปครึ่งชั่วโมงว่าที่สั่งทานที่ร้านหรือรับกลับ (เรากด ทานในร้านตั้งแต่สั่งที่ตู้ Kiosk)

ที่เลือกใช้บริการเพราะต้องการทานอาหารที่เร็วเพราะมีเวลาจำกัดแต่บริการและเวลาที่ได้รับสวนทางกับทุกอย่างที่ต้องการ

ไม่มีรีวิวอะไรนอกจาก ใครรีบกินข้าวหรือมีเวลาจำกัดหนีไป การบริการและการแมเนจเวลาแย่มากที่สุดตั้งแต่เคยใช้บริการมา ทั้งในสาขาเดียวกันวันอื่นๆ และยิ่งแย่ถ้าเทียบกับสาขาอื่นๆ พนักงานไม่มีใจจะทำงาน ไม่ใส่ใจลูกค้า ข้อมูลในออเดอร์ที่สั่งไป30นาที ยังไม่อ่าน แถมไม่มีแม้แต่ความจะรีบทำอาหารเมื่อเห็นว่าลูกค้ารอนานแล้ว สวนทางกับร้านอื่นๆที่เปิดขายมากๆ ร้านอาหารแทบทุกร้านสมัยนี่ที่ไปถ้ามีวัตถุดิบหมดหรือต้องรอ เขาก็สามารถแจ้งลูกค้ากันตั้งแต่แรกได้ด้วยซ้ำ ไม่ใช่ปล่อยรอไปเรื่อยๆ...
