Vanillian scent and cafe — Restaurant in Phaya Thai Subdistrict

Small, cozy cafe situated in a residential village. There's a few table for two. Better suited for couples or a pair of customers. Desserts were good. Carrot cake is for the most part delicious (i really enjoy the cream, it wasn't too sweet) but, in my opinion, would be great with less raisins and much more nuts. I love their basque burnt cheesecake's texture. Imo, a bit of lemon/lemon zest would make it more refreshing and easier to enjoy. By the way, Yuzu fizzy was the right amount of sour to help me finish these desserts. The orange one was too sweet. Not a coffee drinker, so no comment on coffee drinks. Vanilla lovers would enjoy their vanilla drinks because they were vanilla bombs. They use vanilla milk for the drinks, which made the drink rich and gave a tint of sweetness. The normal sweetness level here is really mild. I would suggest you to try the normal sweetness and not reduce the sweetness.

I ordered iced vanilla latte (100.-) and it was nice. However the ice melted so fast (especially during summer like right now) and diluted the richness of the coffee. So I would like to try vanilla dirty (100.-) instead next time.

The place was decorated nicely. The music was nice (current easy listening Eng pop songs), disregard some irrelevant Thai ad spots that kinda ruin the vibe a bit. It would be nice if there would be no ads at all.

What to expect - Vanilla latte is a must try. The cafe is cozy with good ambience.
