This was my first time visiting this place with my friends. It was extremely crowded at the time. I confirmed with several different staff members that we needed a table for four. Due to the hot weather, everyone wanted to sit inside where there was air conditioning, so all the indoor seats were taken.

There were three foreigners waiting in front of us. During the wait, I kept checking whether any indoor tables for four had become available—we weren’t picky and would take any. At one point, I noticed three seats upstairs were empty, but the staff said they were reserved for the group of three ahead of us. So I continued to wait.

Then I saw a table for four being cleared, so I stood nearby waiting for it to be ready. Suddenly, a woman rushed over and sat down. I thought the staff would reassign the seat to us since we had been waiting for a long time. However, when I asked again, the server told me that we could just take any seat we saw that was available.

I explained again that we had arrived earlier, but the server repeated that if we saw an empty seat, we could just sit down. I was frustrated and left the restaurant, pushing open the door, and went to a nearby café to continue my day.

I understand it was a busy time and I was patient while waiting. I understand the challenges of managing a crowd. But what I received in return was unfair treatment. If the rule was to randomly grab available seats, why wasn’t that explained to us from the beginning?

Was it because the group in front of us were foreigners that they received more attention? I had a very poor experience. I feel the staff didn’t manage the seating order properly, especially when it was crowded. Whether or not you get a seat seems to depend purely on luck. Very...

Food : Normal, just more optional Service : Completely Bad. Unsatisfactory. Atmostphere : Crammed and Noisy

I had been there on weekend. Since I arrived at the this place, the staffs at parking were caught up in their own world, ignoring the customer. It was completely inappropriate for them to ask me to park my car in double parking with in gear and then expect me to move it manually whenever needed. In my view, the manager or staff should address the issue by renting additional parking space to accomodate the increased number of customers, rather than requiring customers to move their vehicles manually. I had to move my car for them more than twice. In my seconde time, I saw the available parking space and I would like to move my car there. But I was shocked and disappointed when the staff came to tell me that this parking space is belonging to a friend of the proprietor. Is your priority this, rather than the customers who are paying for your service? Is this how you treat your customers? ?Moreover, there were no signs or barriers indicating that this spot was exclusively for executives and their friends. It was simply a decision made by the staff on duty.

Then, I got inside the cafe. This market was crowded and chaotic. DJ turned up the music very loud. We need to yell to make ourselves heard. However, I appreciate on a wide range of culinary options to...

The exterior and architecture of the building is so beautiful that I spent more time taking photos outside than inside.

In terms of menu, it’s still mainly focused on coffee and some desserts, it seems that not many people go there to have their branch menu. This is also reflected in the space, where it’s more of a Starbucks concept with small low tables and big comfortable chairs.

I ordered a hot latte (130 baht) and a chocolate banana cake dessert (210 baht). Similar to most cafes these days, it’s a self service concept with a buzzer. The only issue I find with this is that there are many waiters around which I’m not sure why don’t they use them to serve. They have single origin which is more ex so I went with blended coffee. Taste wise I’ve no issue, the coffee art is simple but well executed. The cake is nicely presented, delicious but not outstanding. The layers are quite simple, just thick mousse and some sponge. There is also self service iced water available.

In terms of space, although the area is big it seems people linger for long and you may find yourself unable to find space. There’s also outside space in a lush greenery setting but you may find it too hot.

There’s also a huge open area to watch the baristas in action which is a nice...

NANA Coffee Roasters Ari is an amazing spot to unwind while on holiday in Bangkok. The atmosphere is calm, peaceful, and incredibly relaxing. The moment you step inside, you’re greeted by the intense, aromatic fragrance of freshly roasted coffee beans, instantly setting the mood. While the prices are a little on the higher side for a café, they’re absolutely worth it for the quality and experience. My fiancée and I ordered a chocolate drink, a cold brew, and the French butter toast. The chocolate was rich and flavourful, a real treat for chocolate lovers. The cold brew was light, woody, and nutty—perfectly refreshing on a warm day. The French butter toast was slightly on the sweeter side but still delicious and satisfying. We chose to sit outside, which was a lovely environment to enjoy some quality time together. The outdoor seating adds to the charm, making it a great place to relax with loved ones. If you’re in the area, this café is definitely worth a visit! It’s a short walk from the MRT station, or you can grab a tuktuk or a Grab ride (don’t forget to negotiate if taking a tuktuk!). Highly recommended for coffee enthusiasts and anyone looking for a cozy spot to chill in Bangkok.

Stylish, Refined, Pricey! NANA Coffee Roasters Ari is a must for coffee lovers. The menu is excellent, with creative options and baristas who clearly know their craft — the coffee itself is top-notch and beautifully prepared. The building is striking, with an impressive design that feels both modern and sophisticated, and the garden seating makes it a very pleasant place to relax. That being said, it comes at a price. While the coffee is well worth trying, the food is extremely expensive compared to most places in Bangkok. The overall vibe caters more to the “rich and famous” or those seeking a high-end, Western-style café experience. If you’re on a budget, it’s probably best to skip eating here and just enjoy a coffee or even peek inside to admire the space. Tips for visitors: Come for the coffee and atmosphere, not for a budget-friendly meal. If design, style, and quality coffee are what you’re after, this spot absolutely delivers — just be prepared for premium prices. Overall, an impressive café with great coffee, excellent service, and a beautiful setting, but the pricing keeps it from being an everyday stop.
