Zero stars. 90minutes to get a simple order on a regular non-raining weekday. 90 MINUTES ! Ordered a LARGE french fries. I mean, shouldn't you at least fill it up to the package size? Also, did you forget to fry them? Temperature and texture as if they came from the freezer to my plate.. Isn't there an operation manager or something? How does that place even exist??

Staff is not polite. Not understand what customer want and they acting like super busy acturally not much busy when we go no more Queue. We order spicy fried chicken confirm 2 times before paymeny they said yes yes. Then when we received food not look like spicy then we call her it's not look like spicy but they still said it was spicy. Ok let try may be inside spicy but No 😖no spicy We eating all chicken are no spicy not good taste very very bad.

Worst KFC in Thailand I think. Stopped by for a quick work lunch. The air conditioning was broken, but I thought it doesn't matter, I'm just stopping by for a quick lunch. Well, I waited over 25 minutes for my order. The chicken was terribly dry and stuffy, it felt like eating gum, they didn't have any plastic forks, they only had knives and spoons, apparently it's normal to eat chicken with a spoon here. Terrible experience, disorganized staff, waiting almost half an hour in a fast food? This store needs a completely...
