we were weekly and sometimes twice a week customers to this restaurant. 4 days ago we visited as we usually did, the service was appalling, no acknowledgment from any staff and waited 20 minutes for someone to take our order, then another 20 minutes to get our drinks and then another 20 minutes to get our food.....the food was excellent as usual but the service was horrendous and definitely the worst we've experienced at this restaurant....it was unusual because they're normally ok! Tonight we decided to give them a second chance.....well, tonight was even worse! they took the order quick tonight but 30 minutes to get drinks and further 30 minutes to get our food was unacceptable! My partner asked them 3 times about the drinks, they bought one dish out but no rice, again we had to ask 3 times for the rice! The food was great but the staff were completely out of there depth and shouldn't be working in a restaurant. We loved this place, especially the food but we'll never return! Note to the owner: employ staff who are competent. stop worrying about how much gold you can wear on your hands & around your neck and get your hands dirty! don't worry about panda or grab orders when u have a full restaurant.

Well-known seafood buffet/a-la-carte restaurant by the local (buffet with "no time limit" is recommended). Fresh seafood, e.g. prawns, crabs, clams, squids, etc. and various kinds of other food and meat are available. Seafood and meat can be cooked by made-to-order for free (wait around 30 mins per order during a peak time). 2 kinds of dipping sauce : Suki Yaki sauce (Tasty, not spicy) and seafood chili sauce (super savory, but too spicy for me). we went there in the afternoon on Xmas day. we were the only table for a while. I don't like marinated meats, but it seems all their meats are marinated. even the ones not stated "marinated" on the display. so I went for seafood, unfortunately they are not very fresh. there's no service whatsoever. no one takes away our plates. we will never go back there again, all meats are way too salty. my whole body was bloated the next morning.

the only positive thing is the toilets are clean and they provide...
