Paris Bakery Bistro — Restaurant in Prachuap Khiri Khan Province

Paris Bakery is # 1 go to breakfast & more on many patrons list. I am a 1st timer arriving at 7am and yes they are open with 2 tables already occupied. Nice ambience w/ well cared for flowers in front , good signage , adequate on street parking and a tropical feel in a most spacious & comfortable dining area . The bakery offers true delicacies; I had two of them !! Both the Cinnamon roll & apple puff are " Winners " baked daily w/ many imported ingredients. Next time perhaps an almond croissant or raisin roll/ chocolate roll to name a few. A croissant 🥐 lovers Paradise for sure !!! The bakery also has many speciality loaves of bread ; ie. Beer bread, walnut bread, multigrain & more. I sat for my aptly named " Royal breakfast " ( # 7 on the menu ). From countless / endless cubed fried potatoes with finely diced onion & herbs to the perfectly prepared & presented sunny side up fried eggs. No runny egg whites yet perfectly oozing egg yolks , these may be the best looking most well prepared eggs I have ever been served. I am feeling " Royal " plus 3 flavourful & crisp bacon 🥓🥓🥓 strips ( long ) and 2 slices of toast w/ fresh butter & strawberry 🍓 jam. An attractive hot chocolate was served in lieu of coffee or tea ( thanks Paris B.B. for substituting ) and fresh orange juice along with a sparkling clean glass w/ water. It is nearly 8am , an enjoyable hour here @ Paris Bakery Bistro and I wish to join the legions of patrons & loyal customers you have. I have a few picture shares of the environment, my meal & beverages. Finally Arissa ( English & Thai speaking is kind & gracious , her two servers today are polite, nice, well groomed & efficient. No mistakes, no delays ! This P.B.B. exceeds 5 stars , please see for yourselves & it's ok to get a super early start 😀/ Ok worth noting my servers names Nong Aye & Nong Wone they are the best !!! Update ; I come here so often I have lost track of exactly how many times ?!!! I believe Paris Bakery Bistro is among the Best of Businesses / Restaurants/ Bakeries / Service establishments in Hua Hin & beyond. Personable / familiar & very likeable staff /great baked goods , breads & snacks to takeaway and a great environment to sit comfortably & enjoy your meals ! # 7 Royal Breakfast suits me to a tee & I repeat order every time adding extra bacon & substituting hot chocolate instead of tea or coffee. I am as Happy as a Clam ! Today is May 8 & Arisa & Gregory ( owners ) begin their vacation of one week... I’ve been here three times and I’ve always ordered the same thing. Hot Americano, and a bowl of pork rice soup with two poached eggs. Perfection! Maybe the nicest poached eggs I’ve ever seen. The Americano is perfect too. Dark and bitter, just the way I like it. The waitresses are super friendly and will always remember your order from the previous time. My second visit was about three weeks after my first, but when I ordered the soup, the waitress asked me if I wanted poached eggs with it, like last time. I was floored! How did she remember that? Look no further if you are looking for a great breakfast! Our first experience and will be one of many to come. Everything we tried we enjoyed, from the avocado toast with perfectly poached egg, to the freshly squeezed orange juice (not concentrate like you get in so many places), coffee, omelette, baguette etc all at a price that means you can keep coming back. Really well done to the couple who have created this, you are serving the local community so well!
