Little Duck Restaurant — Restaurant in Prachuap Khiri Khan Province

We have been here several times, but never in the high season. We won't be doing that in future. The food is very tasty. The waiter literally worked his socks off today with 16 guests. The only problem was with the organisation inside (bar and kitchen). This is the only way I can explain why guests who arrived after us received their drinks and starters before we received our drinks, which took 20 minutes. However, it is unacceptable that a guest who arrived 20 minutes after us was served his meal before the one at the neighbouring table and ours. In the end, we had to wait 65 minutes for a soup and a plate of seafood. This may be due to a lack of organisation, a lack of staff or the fact that orders from GRAB and takeaway customers are pushed in between. We will continue to visit the restaurant, but in the long off-season.

The idea of coming back has been cancelled after our visit today. Shortly after placing my order, I was told that the duck wasn't ready yet and would take some time. It was just before 6pm. I was told that it would take 20-30 minutes. As I don't really trust the times given in this country, I decided not to have the duck. With a restaurant that has duck in its name, I simply expect it to be ready to serve. We look for another...

Decided to visit after reading the reviews and wasn’t disappointed!

I had the signature noodle soup with duck and pork, absolutely delicious. My partner ordered the sweet and sour prawn dish, which was also fresh and full of flavor.

The pricing was very budget-friendly and excellent value for money.

The staff were warm, friendly, and gracious throughout our visit.
