Cafe Burger Station (คาเฟ่ เบอร์เกอร์ สเตชั่น) — Restaurant in Prachuap Khiri Khan Province

A couple evenings ago, my daughter and I were hunting for dinner in the Hua Hin train station area.

We had heard about Burger Station and we chanced upon a nearby parking spot, so we gave the place a try.

My daughter had the single stack Amsterdam Burger with added Bacon and I had the double stack Station Burger with Bacon, Cheese and Sautéed Onions.

Both burgers were good and the quality of the ingredients is quite high.

These burgers aren't flat, dry smash burgers, rather, there seems to be a good ratio of fat with the meat resulting in a delicious, juicy burger.

The Brioche bun holds up well on the single stack Amsterdam, but the huge amount of meat, bacon, cheese and onion overwhelms the bun on the Station Burger with juice/grease. It's delicious, but I used all the paper napkins!

Perhaps a Ciabatta bun might offer more structural strength for the Station Burger. (Or offer a wax paper wrapper to help keep things together.)

We also ordered some Chicken Nuggets, because my daughter wanted them. The nuggets made a nice appetizer.

The waitress/staff were friendly and efficient. Our food came out quickly.

Pricing for the various single stack burgers seems to reflect market rates ranging between 200 and 300 Baht, but the double stack Station Burger is a hefty 399 Baht. Maybe that's due to higher quality beef and other ingredients.

Note: You have to ask for condiments such as ketchup and mustard.

We ate inside the air conditioned section, but other customers were eating outside. Sitting inside with the sliding glass doors closed, we couldn't hear the road noise.

The WiFi was fast and iPad watching daughter was pleased.

I want to come back and try some of the other...

I've been to Burger Station 3 times now and I plan on going back to try their other burgers.

So far I have had the Madrid, Dallas, and New Orleans. Each one of them was very good.

The dining area is a covered patio that has plenty of seating, everything was clean and the staff is very friendly.

If you're not hungry for a burger they also have Pork Chops, Chicken, Clams, and more.

If you are a burger fan I'm pretty sure that you will enjoy...

Great burger, a bit small and they didn't ask me how I wanted the meat cooked. Normally it is all the way done.when they don't ask. Only in high end places with quality frech meat would they ask. My burger was rare. And I hope the quality of.meat was good. I don't mind rare but most people do, you better tell them how you want your meat cooked.
