Noisy and unprofessional behavior of the team.
We went to the new outlet close to the clock tower. The massage parlor looked new and clean so we decided to get a foot massage on a rainy day but instead of a relaxing time we left annoyed by the continuous chit chat in Thai about food or other topics that were discussed by the massage therapists amongst each other. Speaking Thai didnāt help to ignore the conversations, unfortunately.
The old lady that seemed to be the manager or cashier was on the phone talking in full volume, her phone rang with full volume or the alarm sound of incoming messages added to the noise pollution. Her sitting on one of the massage chairs herself next to the entrance with her feet up chilling and talking with everyone across the room. That caused the massage therapists to turn their heads to her manager instead of focusing on a proper massage. Sheer lack of professional behavior of the whole team. Canāt remeber when I experienced that in Thailand in that magnitude in 15 years living here. The endless questions and small talk with customers about how long they stay and where they are from was another disturbance that nobody is interested to follow during a massage. If the owners want customer data prepare a questionnaire donāt conduct an interview in public.
The foot rest of the chairs is slightly too high as well, so the seating position is not very relaxing but thatās compared to the noise caused by the team already irrelevant. Bright neon lights overhead made us a well light object in the store window but didnāt add to the relaxing factor as well.
The quality of the massage was ok-ish. But it didnāt matter anymore that we couldnāt relax anyway because of the endless noise going on around us.
Recommendation: look for another place if you value a relaxing massage in a quiet...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreAtrocious attitude from the staff. One lady got water basin with chunks of dirt debris for me to wash my feet and I told her itās dirty. she didnāt care and grab my foot in the water. When I told her no and raised my foot away, told her to change the water.. she decided to ignore and pretend sheās done washing my feet. When my sister told her again, she said doesnāt matter itās from the pipes all water are like that. Later she decided to ignore me and another staff came with water basin .. with hair inside. Omg. They told me to wash my own feet in the toilet in the end, and gave really bad attitude to us. So we left the shop immediately because we didnāt want to tolerate such rude behavior. No wonder no one was in the shop. We crossed the road and went to pink lotus in the end , which was pleasant , clean and nice. Avoid this place where staff are rude with attitude prob , dirty water and will...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreGood place highly recommended With the number of Massage studios in Hua Hin it is probably impossible to find the best or the worst. I tried a lot from the simple ones next to the railway station and the sophisticated ones with internal gardens and classical music. In each of them there are better or not so good therapists and they can be nice or not so nice. My personal experience in Suvaree is very positive and we were always pleased by the treatment and...
