Coco51 Restaurant & Bar — Restaurant in Prachuap Khiri Khan Province

Wonderful dinner last night at Coco 51 by the sea Hua Hin , the dishes were so delicious, so fresh, service was impeccable, and the view of the sea, the cool breeze, live music in the background - all of it was perfect.

Crab curry , my goodness, what a delight. The flavours of the basil and lemongrass cut through the sweetness of the crab and coconut. As soon as you eat that first spoonful - each individual flavour comes through, complementing one another beautifully.

They have an extensive menu offering Thai and European dishes , the uniqueness of their restaurant is that they have two seperate kitchens and two chefs - one for the Thai dishes and one for the European dishes.

Lekky is a gracious, welcoming host and you understand instantly why the restaurant has had the success it’s had for the 16 years...

We are regular annual visitors on our Road Trip through Hua Hin and are never dissapointed in this fantastic Seaview restaurant.

Lots of nice European and Thai menu options all prepared to a high standard and well presented. Everything from pork chops and steaks, Toast Skaagen through to Thai curry paste stir fries and even Fish and Chips. Mussels in chilli tomato sauce a highlight for my wife, for me I had the chicken liver pate and then the Seabass with buerre blanc sauce.

Excellent waiting staff team, great low key acoustic live music and a special nod to the super friendly and helpful security parking attendant outside who guided us adeptly to park and leave at the end of our evening.

Will be going back again....

I want to give 5 stars to the chef(s). The food was really good and fresh. Love the food so much.

Unfortunately, there was one waiter that wasn't good at service. First, she dropped the garnish on my cocktail when she delivered a food. Definitely, her hand touched the glass of my cocktail. I was still okay with this. After that, she talked Thai to me, and I explained that I was not Thai. But then she came to bring the main course, she asked me if I was Filipino or not. I mean, is that matter about what my nationality is???? She also cleared the plate when I was still chewing the main course. Such unfortunate, the restaurant has really good food with good platting, but that one waiter still needs to...
