An Unbelievable Service from a group of people who truly have a Service at heart!!! I can only say “I felt like I was home!”

I had an opportunity to stay at The Hen Huahin this past Wednesday. When I called to confirm that I will be traveling with a dog, the lady on the phone was very helpful! When I arrived I got a free upgrade from being an old customer (1 year ago) As I walked up to the room I was greeted by the maid saying that “Welcome back” I was quite impressed, it’s been a year!!!!

The event that was the tip of the iceberg started with this conversation. “Excuse me we would like to have seafood for dinner could you please recommend a delivery place for us?”

My expectation was for us to just use the venue by the beach and eat out of a foam box then clean up after ourselves. But what we received was more than we expected. The lady from the restaurant received our food delivery, set the table, served our food as if it was made from the hotel. She even set up water and ice for us without us having to ask.

At first we talked among ourself that this is amazing but when we realized that we were the only guests and this was all just for us. The table, the music, the lights, she even stayed to help clean up when it wasn’t her job... That was Extraordinary!

The room gave a warm feeling and well thought out. Everything was well prepared to answer all the customer’s needs. The security guard was very active organizing parking space and taking care of your car. It truly felt like I went back home!

I do not know what to say and how to say THANK YOU! to all the people at the hotel. It was truly an UNBELIEVABLE SERVICE from a group of people who truly care and love giving service from the heart without considering...

The locations is very good, in the huahin town right next to beach. The hotel has 6 rooms in total. If u look for privacy and quite beach holiday, this is the perfect place for u. Room has been decorate in details and clean. The house it’s self is vintage , but they taken care it to have stylish classy vintage room. U will feel u are milady from the 50s at this place.|Beach is also clean and nice. This hotel allow pets and the staffs are super friendly and very helpful in anything. We stayed here for two nights and will come back for sure. - the beach dining area also has little stage and BBQ stove , for me it’s also perfect place to have perfect beach wedding. (The staff gave information price start at 150,000thb included room for family) lol however it’s too late for the Mrs like me already.|Food wise hotel gave u quality choice of breakfast||Thai choice and western eggs menu choice, cold drink, hot drink choice. Also have the bread toast or croissant choices. And they are all tastety.|Ok Thank you the Hen to give us nice experience this trip. We will come...
