FRESH Poke & Açai Bowls — Restaurant in Prachuap Khiri Khan Province

Update January 2023:

I came back to try the Beetroot-Carrot smoothie and the Seared Salmon Cream Cheese sandwich.

Both items were very good but I think the salmon is "smoked salmon" rather than seared salmon. (I just looked at my photos again and the salmon looks "seared", but it tasted like smoked salmon - it was delicious nonetheless.)

I look forward to trying one their Poke bowls next time.

It's my mission to try new restaurants in Hua Hin. So, I am mystified how missed the Fresh Poke Bowl place at G Plaza Soi 94.

I tried the Veggie Madness bagel sandwich and it was very good.

Next time, I hope to try a Poke Bowl, probably from the "Make Your Own Bowl" menu, as I think the variety of fresh ingredients to choose from looks so tempting.

I feel that I got good value for money for my bagel sandwich and the service was fast and friendly.

I dined in the restaurant and while I was there, nobody ordered a smoothie, so the atmosphere was pleasant.

This is a centrally located restaurant that specializes in an assortment of poke bowls, bagels and smoothies catering to the health conscious. You can order one of their signature bowls with trendy names or build your own bowl with a huge selection of fresh ingredients. I had their vegetarian bowl and their “Viking” bagel with smoked salmon and cream cheese along with a carrot & beetroot smoothie. All of the items were fresh and delicious. The bowls are available in 3 different sizes. The service staff was courteous, professional and English speaking. There is both indoor and outdoor seating. The portion sizes were generous and the prices reasonable. It WAS good. I was order a poke bowl via grab food one or two times before. But NO MORE! Now.

You can't expect to have a healthy food and good taste when the chef can not aware the taste of SUPER salty fresh signature sauce. They are just flooding the salty sauce in your bowl and never consider how tase is it. I'm attached the flooding bowl here. You can see how much they put the sauce in.

I can only collect the few pieces of meat(Salmon and additional shrim) to eat. Other I can not eat, it's flooded with the salty fresh signature sauce.

So disappointed with the amount that i paid them and hope they will mind what the food they are selling to customer. Really hope they...
