This and This — Restaurant in Prachuap Khiri Khan Province

Came here for din din, menu has a ton of European food that sounded & looked grub af, but smoked a lil weed and wanted some spicy 🌶️ Thai food. It’s fun to eat spicy stuff huh 🤔 cause like plants evolved capsaicin to keep us from eating it but I’m over here loving this shit lol 😋 haha 😂 🤷‍♂️ anyways: food was fr delicious, good-big portion, almost finished it too 🫡 haha. Drink was great, can tell they don’t skimp out on the ingredients, staff was cool, and on their game too. As soon as it got to the “glass half full” point 😉 one of them was there filling it back up with a 😊 was honestly expecting the bill to be higher but, yeah dood fr: check this place out. Really good food, especially for that price point, really cool and chill outdoor vibe, wasn’t any mosquitoes, but there was mosquito spray available on the table if you needed it. Definitely recommend.

Report; english/deutsch I've now eaten here twice since the previous restaurant, AVATAR, closed. First the positive: the staff are excellent. Friendly and attentive. You rarely find that! The restaurant is beautiful. Nicely furnished, clean and inviting. Unfortunately, I can't praise the food here. The first time I ate here, I ordered a pork chop. Unfortunately it was large in price, small in volume and tough. I was very disappointed as I compared it to the previous restaurant. There the chop was always large and flawless! I can't write a review immediately after an experience like this, I had to calm down first so that I could report objectively and without emotion. That's why I waited a very long time before I put the report down on paper. In the meantime, too much time had passed to write the first report. I thought to myself, why not give it a second chance and went back and ordered a cordon bleu. Oh horror! The cordon bleu was lukewarm and the cheese was underdone, not runny, a meat with lumps of Gorgonzola in the middle! No, that can't be right. I've been here twice, twice I've experienced the exceptional friendliness and attentiveness of the staff, twice I've sat in this restaurant, which is definitely beautiful, but to eat here a third time, no thanks! Ich war jetzt zweimal hier essen, seit es das Vorgänger Restaurant AVATAR nicht mehr gibt. Zuerst das Positive: Das Personal ist hervorragend. Freundlich und aufmerksam. Das findet man selten! Das Restaurant ist schön. Schön eingerichtet, sauber und einladend. Leider kann ich das Essen hier nicht loben. Als ich das erste Mal hier gegessen habe, habe ich ein Schweinekotelett bestellt. Leider war es im Preis groß, im Volumen klein und zäh. Ich war sehr enttäuscht, da ich es mit dem vorherigen Restaurant verglichen habe. Dort war das Kotelett immer groß und einwandfrei! Ich kann die Rezension nicht sofort nach so einem Erlebnis schreiben, ich musste mich erst einmal abreagieren, ja runterkommen, um dann sachlich und ohne Emotionen berichten zu können. Deshalb habe ich sehr lange gewartet, bis ich den Bericht zu "Papier" gebracht habe. Inzwischen war zu viel Zeit vergangen, um den ersten Bericht zu schreiben. Ich dachte mir, warum nicht eine zweite Chance geben und ging noch einmal hin und bestellte ein Cordon Bleu. Oh Schreck! Das Cordon Bleu war lauwarm und der Käse nicht durch, nicht flüssig, ein Fleisch mit Gorgonzola Klumpen in der Mitte! Nein, das kann nicht sein. Zweimal war ich hier, zweimal erlebte ich die außergewöhnliche Freundlichkeit und Aufmerksamkeit des Personals, zweimal saß ich in diesem Restaurant, das definitiv schön ist, aber ein drittes Mal hier essen...

Our first night in Hua Hin, I'd googled best restaurants and This and This appeared at the very top. After a quick look at the online menu, I decided our family would eat there that evening. What I did not expect was to spend the next 3 nights eating there. Not only the phenomenal tasting food, but the atmosphere, ambience, attentive staff and effort that Bernard and Thinna put into the restaurant is so refreshing. I've eaten in restaurants all over the world and can say in all honesty, that these dishes were some of the best I have ever tasted. The bratwurst rosti was superb and the pad kaprao moo was simply sensational. Also, the mango tiramisu I'd go as far as to say it's the best I've ever tasted, period. If you are ever in Hua Hin then visiting This and This is truly a must. You will not be disappointed. Thanks again Bernard and Thinna. Ian and family...
