We live in Phuket and order from Ali’s (both Chalong and Naiharn) at least twice a week. We prefer Naiharn as we like Lin very much and she always takes care of us. The staff at Naiharn are much nicer than the ones in Chalong.

We love the food, and our staples are pork ribs, tandoori chicken skewer, hummus, Minister’s Meal, super wrap and french fries of course.

However we’re asking that the venue be clearly labelled non-smoking. It’s extremely disturbing to smell weed and cigarette smoke when you’re eating. Moreover there are more kids at Naiharn than Chalong.

Last night, 4 men decided to leave their family table after their meal and park themselves right behind us, to start smoking and chatting. One of them was even smoking a cigar, right inside the restaurant where there are more than 10 children running around. And we had to tolerate their cigarette smoke. It was as if they decided to make that are their cigar lounge. Come on, if the guests have no sense, I wish the staff will have more sense to tell the customers not to smoke in...

I used to eat here often and was happy, but the last 3 times it was very unpleasant. At first, I waited for the waiter at the table for more than 25 minutes, besides, the waiter walked past me many times and definitely saw me calling her. That day I left for a better place. Next time I decided to do a take away order. One of the dishes, the wrap, was unwrapped, and there was a long dark hair attached to it. I decided that these were two coincidences and I shouldn’t pay too much attention to it. Yesterday I came again to pick up an order with me. I ordered French fries chicken wrap and Bacon egg chicken wrap. Instead of Bacon egg, they apparently provided me with Vegetarian wrap or forgot to add the necessary ingredients. I discovered this only when I decided to have dinner at home. Considering that I was always extremely polite to the cafe employees and left at least 25% of the tip, I think that the restaurant is completely ruined. I won't be back...
