The Breakfast Hut — Restaurant in Rawai

There's English breakfast sets and your staple Thai fare. As you can guess, Thais will always make the best Thai dishes as opposed to non Thai dishes and I found that to be true here. don't get me wrong; the English breakfast sets are decent but the Thai food tastes much better.

a sweet and friendly Thai lady runs the place with lots of energy. she'a very helpful and chatty so feel free to talk up a storm with her!

side note: for coffee aficionados, I haven't tried the coffee to be able to review it but the Thai iced milk tea is full of milky punch if...

I didn’t like the options, very expensive for what you get.

Coffee was 90 baht and you get a soup size coffee that tastes exactly like gas station coffee. So a correct price would be 30/40 baht.

The restaurant looks like a local Thai restaurant but with triple the price. And I wouldn’t mind paying the price if the food was wow but it is just average, looks like the breakfast I would make at home while I am hurrying.

And inside in the kitchen they should really clean up a little. All in all, can be improved, so hope the owner sees this and makes...

We were excited to come here (mostly because of the good ratings) and were - unfortunately dissapointed. The staff was obviously overwhelmed with the amount of guests and possibly understaffed but ignoring us for almost 25 minutes to order is simply not ok. My boyfriends omelette was fine, his rice was cold though and my chicken crêpe was just bad. The dough was too thick and sweet?! It tasted very strange. The lady who served us was totally stressed and not a bit welcoming. The latte was good but...
