Read some good reviews on this place and so was interested to try it out. There was no queue when we reached the restaurant at approximately 1:30 pm on 13 July. Informed the crew member on the no of pax (3 persons) and we waited to be seated. We waited for about 15 mins & a local couple came in. They waited for less than 2 minutes and were immediately called in for seating. We were puzzled & thinking how could they were given a seat so quickly. Nevertheless we went and asked the crew how long do we have to wait. Guess the answer…told us to wait for 1 hour! Totally speechless! Firstly, they could have informed us in advance that we had to wait for an hour at the onset & it’s up to us if we chose to wait. Had a very bad experience when i brought my family there. Limited seats and narrow space. The cleanliness and environment of the restaurant also something they have pay attention with. The biggest challenge we faced is that communication break down with the staff. We can't even understand what she said and the rest of the colleague didn't trying to help at all. The baby chair i requested also not being attended. Food served fast but taste is really normal. However, price is something abnormal as we feel is overpriced.
