This is a local favourite pork rib noodle soup, the soup is thick and you help yourself to the vegetables to add to your noodles. You must put the packet fried pig skin in and let it soak for a while then when you eat it you can feel the crunch and the fried flavour when you eat your noodles and drink the soup very flavourful.
