Food Mafia German Butchery and Bakery Samui — Restaurant in Surat Thani Province

Certainly not German standards of hygiene or quality. We ordered a baguette and a Ciabatta filled with some scrambled eggs, they arrived first complete with hair, then we got two baguette as the bakery! Didn't have the ciabatta that's on their breakfast menu! The baguettes were very chewy and seemed like old bread, my wife didnt like their special sauce as it had a strong flavour of mustard. She ordered a simple roll which came to the table extremely hot and once cooled it was so tough to eat, it had been microwaved to warm it!! Really disappointed with the quality here, when paying I was asked if everything was ok and I checked why the rolls had been microwaved, the guy seemed uninterested but confirmed it was microwaved , this shows they don't care about quality or customer satisfaction. So many better places to have breakfast don't waste your time here. I did tell the cashier I was unhappy but he wasn't interested, the response...

We enjoyed a nice Sunday brunch with various meats, cheeses & breads available in addition to eggs, beans, veggies, jams & other items. Service is excellent. We've since picked up our Thanksgiving ham, some buns, bagels, pretzels & salami. Pretty sure this will be our go to shop...

Wir waren zu viert dort und als wir den Laden betreten haben kam schon dieser ekelhaft Geruch hervor aber wir wollten nicht vorurteilen. Wir haben bestellt 2 mal Jägerschnitzel bei denen das Fleisch echt gut war aber die pommes nur halb durch waren und die Soße geschmacklos und flüssig wie wasser, dann 1 mal Rinderrolladen diese waren ok! Der Hammer war aber die Pizza welche wir nach einem bissen haben stehen lassen... Der Teig salzig die Soße hatte nichts mit Tomaten zutun der Käse wahrscheinlich der vertrocknet aus der Theke im Eingang und irgendein Gewürz das nach Lakritze schmeckte.... Das personal war komplett überfordert und sprachlich überhaupt nicht zu verstehen!...
