Ordered stir fried basil vegetarian with tofu, but they've put fish sauce inside. On the menu there was an egg on top, reality was needed to pay extra for. I couldn't eat the food because of the fish sauce, but they did not care and even charged the full price for. They didn't ask why I didn't eat or if everything is OK. Also the food took long (30 minutes) but there were only two other guests, who didn't ordered food. All in all I can recommend it just for the view of sunset and for cocktail or any drink. The food menu consists only of one page, drink menu is 5 or 6 pages. So, drinking yes, food no.
Update to the comment :
First of all, I ordered vegetarian with tofu. Do meat eaters order tofu regularly? Does somebody who orders tofu vegetarian want fish sauce inside? And are you blaming me for the mistake you made instead of apologising? How about that you charged the full price of a meal that nobody had eaten? This move tells a lot about your mindset. Secondly, what do you mean by its just for advertising the meal? Look at your menu, you'll see there are some meals that would consist nothing following your logic of "just advertising". What are you trying to justifying here? It's called fake advertising :) someone may call it scam... Third, there were just two other people, that had already eaten and where just drinking. Two people in the kitchen for two easy meals is more than enough. Nobody else ordered any food. If its just your staff, you should learn them how to cook fast and efficient, especially how to communicate with customers. And for you I would recommend that you put the same effort into updating your menu as you put into writing untrue Google comments and shaming customers that they may confused something......

Read moreThis was our absolute #1 favorite restaurant while in Koh Samui for one month. The trifecta: Amazing views, absolutely incredible Thai food, kind owners. This is an absolute gem of a place and we will miss eating here. All dishes can be customized for any vegans and they are happy to do so. The views are to die for, especially when it is high tide and sunny (the blues on that beach can not be beat), and it’s a great spot to view the sunset. The pad thai is amazing (as are all their dishes), but do NOT miss out on the tempura mushrooms…. SO...
