Nice atmosphere, delicious Thai and southern Thai menus right by the serene Bang Po beach. Every single dishes here are enjoyable, fresh and superbly cooked. Although the drawback would be the lack of service - quite difficult to signal for the staff when myself and the company were seated by the terrace on the corner. Another lack of service is the staff not listening clearly. We requested our stir fried morning glory spicy and fancy adding fresh chillis in, but it came in plain with absolutely no chilli on it. We eventually had the staff adding in chilli; but then again the spices clearly did not mix since it was not cooked together, and it appeared that the chillis were only mere garnish - disappointing. It was also this same staff (if not owner) that took the order and left swiftly after leaving the dish on the table as if she'd knew it wasn't what we had asked for.

I had the Pad Thai with Prawns, for 100 baht. Expect the price to be that of restaurants, so would be on the higher end, given the service and the atmosphere.

The Pad Thai is flavor well, but the sweet tamarind sauce is slightly overpowering, which can get quite dull after a few tasting. Additionally, the rice noodles are quite thick and thus very hard to chew. Definitely do not recommend the Pad Thai here.

Of course, this is only based on one dish. My priority is really first the food, second the service, then third the atmosphere. Otherwise, there are plenty tourists around for lunch and dinner.

The service is fine, and the atmosphere is great for dinner to chill by the beach, with the sea breeze. Additionally, this shop is facing the west, so is great for dining...

We were staying in a villa just along from Sawasdee Cup, I contacted the owner prior to our trip and Yin kindly shared the menu in WhatsApp. We are at the restaurant several times and on each occasion the food was so tasty and flavoursome and beautiful presented and most certainly freshly prepared. The service was excellent and the staff were always friendly and professional and happy to explain about the menu. We would highly recommend this restaurant and will certainly be back when we next visit Koh Samui. Thank you for your wonderful food...
