Ok so... Prepare yourself for the fact it doesn't look anything like the pictures it's still got on its Google listing. I'm not sure how many years ago that was?
This place looks right out into the sea. But... It's a weird little place. A mix of a shop, someone's home, a restaurant and everything in between. When we first walked in we nearly walked back out.
There are 4 or 5 little tables at the back that overlook the water and I need to be honest the whole place looks like it could do with a good clean.
But... The food and friendly service is what keeps this place going. It's without a doubt some of the tastiest plant based food I've had anywhere in Asia!!
Lower your expectations on how it looks. In fact, try not to see how it looks at all. But do give the place a try. Because the food and the family that run it are worth...
Read moreI wouldn’t recommend coming here for the food. If you’re just planning to have a smoothie, a coconut, and enjoy the view, then sure, that part is nice, but the food itself was completely tasteless. Literally no flavor.
The chunks of tofu say a lot about how the food was prepared, like the meal wasn’t prepared with care. I couldn’t even finish it.
I wasn’t given a menu, the staff weren’t friendly, and the whole atmosphere felt confusing.
The place was pretty dead, and there’s also a store inside selling clothes...
Read moreBeing a vegetarian I am always looking for a good jay restaurants and this one did not disappoint. For a 100 baht you get 4 items from the prepared trays plus rice--very generous servings-- and it is delicious. She may have a menu for made to order items as well but not sure.
The restaurant is right on the water so beautiful views. The owner is a very warm, sweet woman. We have been on Samui for a week and have been there twice so far and will be going back a lot in the 4 weeks we have left....
