Foxtrot Bistro — Restaurant in Surat Thani Province

We visited Foxtrot Bistro in Koh Samui around 6:30 PM, just as dusk was setting in—an absolutely perfect time to enjoy the beautiful ambiance. From start to finish, the evening was exceptional.

We shared the Crab Shack, Prawn Gumbo, and Ceviche to start, and each dish was bursting with fresh, vibrant flavors. You could really taste the quality of the ingredients. For mains, we had the Australian Tenderloin, Chick Chick Boom, and the Lamb Duo. Every dish was cooked to perfection and beautifully presented.

The service was faultless—attentive, warm, and professional. The team made us feel truly welcome and added to the special atmosphere of the evening.

I recently celebrated a milestone birthday at Foxtrot, and it couldn't have been more perfect. The setting and views are absolutely stunning-especially the sunsets. A heartfelt thank you to Martin, Beth, Mercedes & team for creating an unforgettable experience for our group. Planning an event from overseas can be daunting but they made the process seamless and enjoyable. Beth curated a bespoke menu of canapes followed by a sit-down dinner featuring Asian-inspired family-style sharing plates that delighted all of our guests. This is a fantastic restaurant that offers some inventive, thoughtful and highly accomplished food complimented by a solid wine list and an exceptional cocktail menu. We have lived in samui on and off for the last 2 years, Foxtrot is now our favourite place to go whether it be food, drinks or even just working off the laptops with one of the best views and ambiance on the island. I’ve read some negative reviews and frankly, these people either work for competing restaurants and are intimidated (and hence doing so for misguided commercial reasons) or spend time and energy trying to get free food and drink by deliberately being horrible weasel like thunder-c@nts.
