“unbelievable bad attitude ”

We are guests of Saree Samui and were intended to spend sufficient money for good food tonight. Unfortunately it came different as expected when we tried to go for dinner in "My Place". When we arrived at "My Place" it starts a bit raining that's why we took a table inside of the restaurant. Than the rain becomes more heavily and guests from the garden entered the restaurant. The waiter from "My Place" came to the table and said that we need to stand up "....because I need that table for my guests". I answered " We are also guests and want to eat dinner here". The waiter said that he we can not have the table because of the guests from the garden. Than I asked him : " So we do not get something for dinner here ?" He answered : "No" When he kicked us out to the street into the now strong rain, I told him : " Please check tomorrow your Tripadvisor". He answered aggressive : "We have enough satisfied guests".

So at the end his guests sit dry on the inside table and we got totally wet on the street.

I do not comment the situation, it's just original statements which also confirmed by my wife and my daughter.

Of course after to be treated like a dog instead of a valuable customer we will never come back to this...

I ordered a starter and Masaman curry with white rice. From beginning serving water to the end bringing the bill. Whole experience was a disaster. I found ants in my rice. I asked them to replace it, they bought the replacement then again it had ants. Then after I showed them, they said yes and never came back, after 5 mins I called the server after waiting for my curry getting cold. I got the replacement after 10 mins. No proper plating of rice this time, splattered all over plate. Specially asking me to look if I can find any ants this time. A ate a few bites as I paid. But my partner was disgusted and left without eating....

We order two different dishes, my wife’s dish was served timely (even though it wasn’t the one she ordered - she ordered shrimp and was served seafood, not a big problem though) however mine wasn’t served, not until I asked to three different staff member for it. Then, it took five minutes to be served. Then a third dish was served to us, guess which… the one my wife ordered…

We also noticed another customer wasn’t even handed the menu and she was already sitting when we arrived.

The food wasn’t bad though but the chaos and unorganisation on which the waiters seemed to, and apparently did, work on did...
