Café K.O.B Bophut — Restaurant in Surat Thani Province

Lack of customer service, i am first to the cafe and no one is attend to us when we walk in to the cafe. We are not aware that this is a table service cafe. Juice is not available during my visit (4pm), Outlet is some flies flying around.

I order the egg bacon sandwich, the salad service is not fresh enough. The bacon in the sandwich look so tiny and too little. (But the bacon is taste good).

The dirty latte is sweet like candy. Better think twice when u order.

Thanks for your reply, but i still think there is a lack of basic service crew. I walk to the cashier counter a few times and the third time only the staff ask me am i ready to order.

Beside, the menu was at cashier counter and is it the standard SOP that customer need to take the menu them self? Not just me, there are a few customer also the same.

At 5pm, the staff already started to take all the outside condiment tray into the outlet. I was sitting next to the door, the action from your staff is really not considerate at all as the weather was freaking hot and the door is keep in open and close for...

Since moving to Koh Samui in 2021, I have been a regular customer at this location eating here two or sometimes three times a week. It was one of the only places on the island with a nice environment to work or meet a friend and the food was always on the pricier side, but the quality, service and portion sizes made it worth the higher price.

Over the last year the prices have continued to rise, with portions getting smaller. The same vegetarian bowl I have ordered for years is now almost half the size and more expensive. The atmosphere has also gone down hill, with no more music being played and the toilet out of service for over a month. Many of my friends who are also expats are unhappy with these changes. I’m disappointed as this is was one of my favorite options for healthy, quality Thai and western food but unfortunately until prices go down, or portion sizes return to what they used to be- we will be choosing other places on the island...

Visited both K.O.B bangrak(Sea view) and Bophut a couple of times and I would prefer here much more even though there is no seaview. It's much cosier and staff are trained way better in my opinion. Very friendly and welcoming.

Food is out quick and in a very orderly manner. One difference I notice, over here, you have to go over to the counter to place your order instead of the staff coming to your table.

Decorations are also very beautiful for this outlet.

Location : it's well located before fisherman village traffic lights if you are coming from chaweng. Big C and makro are a 10min drive from here. Very convenient to have your meals and then off to groceries 😉

Price : Decent pricing in my opinion

Food was great as usual and they are expanding this outlet! It's located directly across their current space. Renovation works are ongoing and I am looking forward to dining here once...
