Went to The Jumping Bean this morning to watch the Super Bowl. We had pre-booked a big table for our party. Jumping bean was packed. It was all a little bit chaotic. People were issued with numbered stickers for each bill & yet Bills were still wrong at the end of the match. Drinks were great but the servers got every food order wrong for our table. Breakfast burrito came out as a taco, bacon taco came out as a chicken taco etc. I waited until after the initial rush to order an omelette (which was on the menu & no I am not a vegan). I thought it ambitious that the server didn’t write it down but just repeated it to me & then herself. Half an hour later it still hadn’t appeared. They said sorry no record of it, will make now - what did you order…? At this stage I was 3 Bloody Mary’s in & I’d passed the point of being hungry, so thanks but no thanks. At no point was I rude, did I roll my eyes or cross my arms. I was watching the game & just wasn’t hungry at that point & was firm that I didn’t want anything else. There was then problems with the bills.. one of the bills for our table was sent back 3 times to be corrected!!! It was all pretty chaotic. This is the 3rd time I’ve visited the Jumping Bean & 3/3 times there’s been a problem with the food. How many chances do you give a place? Great atmosphere & I had a great time with my friends. Not once did the owner come to our table to see how we were or to apologise for the mistakes, between us our table spent a lot of money. I have nothing to benefit by writing a less than perfect review for this restaurant. I love supporting local businesses which is why I gave this place a 3rd try. Reading the owners responses to the other less than perfect reviews, shows that she cannot accept a bit of criticism from paying customers & maybe make improvements. I wish her luck with her restaurants...

As a solo traveler exploring Koh Samui, I had the pleasure of dining at The Jumping Bean for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and each visit left me thoroughly impressed. This restaurant is truly a hidden gem worth discovering.

The food at The Jumping Bean is nothing short of amazing. From their breakfast options to their lunch and dinner menu, every dish I tried was bursting with flavor and made with exceptional attention to detail. The variety of flavors and unique taste combinations truly set this place apart.

What truly made my experience memorable was the warm and welcoming service provided by Adina, Mason, and Lilly. They went above and beyond to create a homey atmosphere and made me feel like a valued guest. Their friendly and attentive nature added an extra touch of charm to the already delightful dining experience.

Whether you're a local or a traveler, The Jumping Bean is a must-visit if you're looking for a different taste sensation. The cozy ambiance and the culinary expertise of the talented kitchen staff make it a perfect spot to escape the ordinary and savor a meal that will leave a lasting impression.

I highly recommend The Jumping Bean to anyone seeking an extraordinary culinary experience while on holiday in Koh Samui. You won't be...

Family owned and run, new addition to Choeng Mon, great Texas Cantina, Bar and Smokehouse. Daily specials like Wing Wednesday with a choice of 4 flavours 10 baht per piece, and Thirsty Thursday with frozen drinks half price at THB125. Free cornchips and sala served on arrival. So much choice for the menu, tacos, burittos, ribs, quessadila, dirty fries, sides like texas mac n cheese, potato salad, coleslaw. Desserts we didn't get to. Fun, bright happy decor, large downstairs area for dining, and full, we booked for 530pm and by 630 the place was full. Open Wednesday-Monday, do visit Adina and Martin, the explain the menu, their American Chef and friendly team make it a fun tasty eating experience for authentic Texas Smoked food. All sauces, chilli, drinks sides are home made. They fo have a hot sauce display you can pick from to add your spice level from. And one visit won't be enough, you will want to return to taste more. We shared wings 24 pieces honey siracha sauce and spicy tangy bbq, each of us had a main and sides and the frozen drink of the day which was mango based. Yum yum. Thanks Adina, Cindy, Martin you have something...
