The food was sensational. The menu was very extensive, from Thai signature dishes to pizza and pasta. We had dinner here ever night and never got board, some of the best food we have had. I highly recommend the coconut curries and the lobster dish. The mango sticky rice was amazing as usual. In terms of breakfast, hands down the best buffet breakfast we have been too, they had everything you could dream of plus more. I’m talking, freshly made to order juices, dosa, crepes, waffles, noodles, eggs, plus many international and Thai dishes. Plus the best thing ever… unlimited fresh coconuts! What more could u want. On top of this they had a ‘breakfast specials menu’ that u could order additional specialties like TKT French toast or avocado on toast or crying Tiger and sticky rice… truly incredible. Plus the view was amazing from the restaurant, overlooking the beach. The staff were the best, special mention to the head chef who came out to check in on us every breakfast and made me special dairy free pancakes, waffles and crepes… amazing. We also told them our coffee order on arrival at the hotel and everytime we came to breakfast they got it without us asking,...

We had the privilege of experiencing Chef Bee’s exclusive tasting menu as part of Marriott Bonvoy Moments.

Every dish was carefully curated based on Chef’s hometown and history, carefully taste tested and executed perfectly.

Chef bee came out to explain to us each dish in detail; how the dish was created and how the flavours mix well together

One dish that particularly impressed us: Tom Khamin Hoi Shell involved an artistic display of using charcoal to heat up a tumeric soup in a coconut bowl. Curry leaves were also heated in the fire to create a symphony of scents alongside the beautifully presented dish.

The toddy palm ice cream is so unique, with Chef Bee explaining how they make use of their local toddy palm, scrap off the meat and squeeze the juices to get the flavor out. She even went to the kitchen to let us try the raw extract, further highlighting how personal the whole experience felt.

Best meal we ever had, even trumping the Michelin starred meal we had the day before. This menu will be available from Dec 2025 so...

W has some Dubai cool vibe in the design. Love the Woodbar on the entrance floor, very instragrammable. Entrance to the restaurant is one floor down. They offer everything, Thai, Chinese, Indian, European, burgers and Thai. All the dishes had a beautiful presentation, didn’t not miss a beat. But the food didn’t wow me. Many dishes were just average in taste. The steak was chewy, my Chinese baby calamari was too fried and chewy, Thai crab curry too sweet, Italian pizza avg, Japanese raw salmon salad didn’t come w enough sauce too dry ( a bunch of feedback from a few people at our table), but the service was superb and the atmosphere great. Thai Lamb shank was great. It is just not authentic in many national cuisine in the taste. The visual part didn’t miss a beat. How can this be?! I was...
