Staff incredibly rude and aggressive. We came one day, spent all day (8+ hours), had breakfast, snacks, lunch and drinks. Spent a fortune. Paid for beach chairs over and above the cost of all of that. Then came the next day, and were immediately accosted by the same guy we sat next to ALL day, (Aggressive Jet Ski Man) who didn’t recognise us, shouting at telling us we can’t park there unless we pay and we can’t bring our water and 7-11 sandwiches onto “their” beach (there are no private beaches in Thailand). We said my dude, we are going over to the Naturalist beach (other side of the rocks, no facilities there) for an hour, then we are coming back for lunch and drinks again. Offered to pay for parking anyway (ITS 80 BAHT OR YOU MUST LEAVE!) He started shouting again and asked my partner “You wanna fight me?!” - what the heck? A second guy (Aggressive Man Number 2) came and also started yelling. When we explained that we were here all day yesterday SITTING RIGHT NEXT TO THEM and spent a fortune, and planned to do the same today, they changed their tunes. “Oh okay, you can stay.” We told them to take a long walk off a short pier, and decided to take our business elsewhere. Disgusting attitudes and aggression, for what?! One of their pigs also likes to bite...

This is a true hidden gem, right on the beach at Thongson Bay, surrounded by luxury resorts and some of the best private villas on Ko Samui. Hard to find, but when you do, you will be warmly welcomed to relax at the beachfront restaurant and enjoy a drink and some excellent food. The extensive menu will is sure have what you are craving and the Thai food is superb. They seem to have everything and anything you may need while there which can be convenient given it’s somewhat secluded location. The decor is fun and quirky and adds to the relaxed vibe, you could spend hours just taking in the endless array of handmade decorations. If that’s not enough, then the extended family of four legged or feathered friends will certainly entertain. Cute puppies, ducks, chickens and 2 huge pigs keep it interesting. The accomodation is simple, typical Thai beach bungalows with sitting area and balcony. The bungalow’s perched on the rocks have large windows that capture the stunning ocean view and can be fully opened to feel the breeze. Equipment is available for waters sports and snorkelling or just chill on the beach under the coconut palms until cocktails at sunset. It’s all available, so just...

I am not sure why it is so difficult to access information on this property - not on any of the booking sites that I use. I was on island and visited and booked in person . Having said that - a really special place. Numerous bungalows, some perched on rocks above sea with only a view. Ours was a/c model, clean, functional, with great view of bay. Comfortable, mini fridge, some soaps, water. Only one other resort on this bay, so quiet and private at night. ||Unless you have transportation, you are limited to options in evening . We had two days of meals at on site resturant. Typical pricing, average food, amazing waterfront location, and hard working, friendly staff - no complaints .... ready for change by day 3. ||Very nice beach, rentals, friendly dogs, happy roosters - family effort. And an easy trek over rocks to ‘ naturism beach’ ||Definitely would return .... a gem on an island that...

If you’re looking for something that says “chilled” this may be it. As you drive the paved road up to the place and eventually to a dirt road - no sure where the heck you’re at...you have arrived! I would really have loved to give it more stars but the food here reminds me of subpar Thai restaurants in the US. (Being of Thai decent) Go for the location and maybe chilled vibe. Don’t expect the food to be anything but “bluh”.
