Famous for their lod chong (cendol) cake, which is perfectly balanced in flavor. I first tried their lod chong and pandan cakes from a pop-up, both were delicious and worth the price. Panda roll is another recommendation but I personally think it’s too sweet.

Later, I visited the actual cafÃĐ and ordered the coconut chiffon. It was tasty with generous filling, but not as impressive as the lod chong cake.

The order that actually came out was sitting on the counter for more than 10 minutes (which seemed really unhygienic) since the waiter couldn’t find which customer the order belongs to.

So it’s probably better to find somewhere else to eat next time, considering the price here is also not...

However, the savory food was a huge letdown. The wait was extremely long, and it felt like the kitchen was operated by the hostel next door. The staff seemed confused, our food arrived very late, and it was served to the wrong table. No one came to check, and they just took it back to the kitchen without saying anything. By the time we got the food, we were no longer interested in eating. However, the staff on the cafÃĐ part are really nice. On the bright side, the drink menu is extensive. I especially liked the variety of Thai-inspired drinks—good taste. The coffee is ok.

10 out of 10 The Thai tea with coconut milk was amazing. I asked for less sweetness and you should ask ias well if you're not Thai! Lol Nice atmosphere and friendly staff. Vegan options available.

While the place have nice atmosphere and decent tasting food and drink, the food is really slow to come. I waited for more than half an hour for a plate of spaghetti and when I asked the staff about it they didn’t seem to care. It’s probably because there is not enough kitchen staff since there’s only about 5 tables of customers present yet no one was getting any order. The order that actually came out was sitting on the counter for more than 10 minutes (which seemed really unhygienic) since the waiter couldn’t find which customer the order belongs to. So it’s probably better to find somewhere else to eat next time, considering the price here is also not cheap at all.
