Clean by it's look, available parking just 3-4 cars, 17 tables for 4 - maximum available for just 60 customer - considered be small by scale.
Kitchen is something most shop preferred to hide, here they proudly show it's backend work - their cleanliness might be the most target. And it's right, thing look clean, floor look like never been touch, table seem but plastic clover make it look cheap.
Food available from Dim sum, Chicken Rice, Congee, Crispy Pork Rice, and Bak Kut Teh. Order is simply just pick whatever you like. Staffs seem to be Myanmar - don't expect much for Thai but they seem so kind and attentive.
Waiting time is short, you can enjoy your food in a minutes. Everything went slightly sweet but not bad. Freshness is acceptable, sauce is well with dim sum.

They also serve various soups, char siu, roast pork, even bak kut teh( pork bone soup) and chicken rice! So there's definitely something for everyone and every meal.
Highly recommend the fried custard bao, fried man tou with curry chicken and siu mai.. and everything that looks like it has crab. All dim sum is freshly steamed - you pick them yourself at the fridge! Or freshly fried on order. Food so good you forget...
