Andaman Rooftop Pool Bar — Restaurant in Wichit

Very bad behaviour of the staff. We went there because of the street sign welcoming everyone to the pool bar, including the pool. There was no statement that it is for hotel guests staying there only. When we came upstairs, we had a cola and there was some problem with their card machine - it deducted money from my Apple Pay but they didn’t receive the money. They said ok, let’s wait for an hour, we said OK, and in the meantime we went to the pool. About ten minutes in, the manager calls me so I came to the edge of the pool to listen what he needs - I thought they are going to tell me that the payment went through. In fact; they came to tell us that the pool is for staying guests only. So they basically kicked us from the entire bar.

Next time please STATE CLEARLY what areas are for hotel guests only and do not welcome strangers if you can’t even handle your own payment machine. You could at least tell us that we can stay for some time and then leave, not kick us in front of everyone.
