Crust cafe & restaurant — Restaurant in Wichit

Living since 2001 in Thailand, by far one of the best italian restaurants I have been eating. Pizza was very good, thin bottom and cross around, 4 cheese excellent topping. Cesar salad was good, the Parmesan was cut of and mild but very tasty, the pasta meat balls was excellent as well, pasta al dente on the second, meat balls beaf tender and good taste, the tomato sauce decent with a slight taste of beaf. Last but not least the juice selection, freshly blended and super healthy. Mixed juices with cucumber, celery, parsley, kale, apple, orange, lime, carrot... Staff friendly and competent, restaurant stylish. I would not say pricy since you get what you pay for so the price is adequate. Have been paying more in other Italian restaurants in Phuket for half the quality. I absolute recommend the place if you like to have excellent Italian food in Phuket. Only thing missing a web site to promote their business but for not having an internet presence their place is full of expats and quality tourists so I assume the word spreads by itself through...

Probably one of the best pizzas in town! The pizza was amazing, the outer crust was undeniable! Love it everytime. Love the new look of the restaurant (they renovated a long while ago). The spicy seafood pasta was also very satisfying and the salad - ahh forgot the name, but it was really scrumptious! We got there early so it was nice and quiet. The service was good, staff was attentive. The bathroom was clean, but looked a bit worn out, which is what they can improve. Reasonable price. They are also now on michelin bib gourmand. Заехала покушать в этот ресторан специально потому что была уверена, что все будет вкусно потому что Рестора размещён в Мишлен Гайд с 2019 года. Но это было полное разочарование. Блюда: Пицца с салями Паста Карбонара Салат просто из овощей Паста с песто Тирамису Кофе

После похода в этот ресторан остались не приятные ощущения в желудке и неприятно впечатление от еды.

ПИЦЦА с салями воняла так ужасно свининой что это было почти невозможно есть. Когда делается пицца с салями то желательно выбрать какие то сорта салями, которые не дают такой отвратительный запах при термической обработке. Само тесто было нормальное, но это был не круг, а непонятной формы лепешка. Пицца собрана отвратительно видно что делали наотмашь просто накидали ингредиентов, а маслины даже не прорезали, а кинули три маслины просто на пиццу.

Паста подавалась на холодной тарелке, из за чего она очень быстро потеряла свой вид. По вкусу и качеству очень посредственно

Салат просто из листьев, помидоров, огурцов был хороший лично для меня, но для мужа там была излишняя концентрация уксуса. И тут я согласна, но просто я лично люблю уксус.

На десерт тирамису мне понравился Кофе тоже был хороший

Мое личное мнение что возможно когда то это заведение и было хорошее, но сейчас таким не является, может повар подменялся, а может просто забили потому что поток клиентов из за Мишлен Гайда хороший.
