This is a really nice 4 star hotel with all amenities. It is of short walking distance to the enormous Phuket Central shopping centre and just few steps away from Big C. There is a small mini bus station at the backyard of big C, so clever and thrifty tourists will be able to get around the island just for 20-30 baht if they make some effort to learn how to navigate the local bus system. There is a recently installed new modern lift. Our room was very spacious. The swimming pool is a little bit small though and at times it may become a bit busy. Perfect location if you want to be close to Central market in downtown Phuket City. Close to Big C, Super Cheap, Monkey Hill, Marina, Upside-down House and much more. The room is big and echoing, not soundproof at all. Toxic smoking neighbours are slamming the doors all night, which is extremly noisy due to the echoing which makes it impossible to sleep. You basically pay insane amount of money for people to destroy your health. The staff does not care to move you to a better room or to tell people to respect the night hours. Not recommending this...
