My recent dining experience at Tamarind Restaurant in Cape Panwa, Phuket, was nothing short of exceptional. The restaurant's ambiance is truly enchanting, with a romantic and cozy setting with nice views over the Pullman pool and the bay. The interior design is elegant and inviting, creating a perfect atmosphere for a memorable meal.

The staff at Tamarind were attentive, efficient, and knowledgeable. Their warm hospitality made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The butler's recommendations for food and wine pairings were spot on, enhancing our overall dining experience.

Highly recommended!! Tamarind @ the Pullman Phuket Panwa is a gem! If you are looking for modern and careful take on your favourite Thai dishes, go to Tamarind! They dont just deconstruct/or have their "take" from the classic Thai menu but they think of ways to elevate a humble dish, making it modern but maintaining its origin, using local produce nothing fancy but tastes great. We have dined at Tamarind in the last 2 nights of our 7 day stay at Pullman Phuket and we are blown away. Food and atmosphere is amazing, cant fault it. And the cherry on top is the superb service from Vin & Bia. Vin takes a lot of effort and pride in Tamarind's menu, he's not afraid to make recommendation to guests which shows how confident he is with the restaurant's offerings!! He's looked after our family so well, patient with our picky 8 year old and all the dishes his recommended were ace! We have booked another dinner for tomorrow! :) Very happy guests, Adam...

I joined a group of friends at Tamarind for dinner on Monday and it was an exceptional experience. We had a table in between the restaurant indoor entry and view and it was set up so beautifully. Our lovely waitress, Nan, was wonderful and answered any questions we had about the menu. Prompt service all evening and the dishes were out of this world, great flavours and well presented. We were serenaded by the Saxophonist - the group thoroughly enjoyed the vibes and the stunning location! As the sun set, we were surrounded by well designed lighting, that made it feel so romantic! I will definitely be dining here again during my stay at Pullman Panwa Beach.
