Blue District Bar & Japanese Restaurant — Restaurant in Yan Nawa Subdistrict

I had a deeply disappointing experience at this establishment. During my visit, the bottom of a glass unexpectedly broke, spilling my drink and injuring my leg. I guess the glass had some crack from before. I even have video which catched that exact moment! Despite the injury and inconvenience, staff took over 10 minutes to provide a first aid kit and never apologized. To make matters worse, we were charged the full bill without any gesture of goodwill, such as waiving part of the cost, which would have been appropriate for a venue claiming 4-star service.

Attempts to speak with the manager were ignored, and the lack of professionalism and care was shocking. This incident not only ruined our evening but also raised serious concerns about customer safety. I do not recommend this place based on my experience.

Stayed at the hotel for the weekend and spent a couple of hours at this new bar. Beautiful rooftop views, great Japanese food, seems to be an LGBTQ+ or gay bar, but nevertheless the live shows and live dj and live band was an amazing experience!
