I decided to try this spa because of all the glowing reviews online, but it turned out to be the most disappointing massage experience I’ve ever had. 1. Poor Service Attitude – During the scrub, my entire body was wet and the scrub paste kept getting colder, making me shiver. I told the therapist I was feeling cold and asked if the scrub could be warmed, but she completely ignored my request. Later, during the oil massage, the room temperature felt just right, but she turned on the air conditioner without asking me,because she felt hot. The cold air was blowing directly on me, making it very uncomfortable. 2. Unprofessional Technique – I usually find massages a bit painful since I’m quite sensitive, but today I felt absolutely nothing. I asked the therapist twice to use more pressure, but she actually became even gentler. It was the first time I ever fell asleep during a massage, simply because there was no sensation at all. Worse yet, I could feel her fingernails scraping against my skin multiple times. That should never happen during a professional massage. 3. Cheap Materials Used – The disposable underwear provided was extremely poor quality, very thin mesh, small, and see-through, which made me feel uncomfortable. The hair tie they gave me was the tight, rubbery type (like the one in the photo), and it pulled on my hair painfully. When the therapist removed it, she yanked my hair out. it was really hurt. 4. Overpriced for What You Get – This spa is not cheap by Bangkok standards. I chose the Scrub + Oil package for 120 minutes, costing THB 2500 (about USD 78). It’s nearly double the price of their 90-minute massage for just 30 more minutes. The “scrub” was just a quick application of scrub paste with no pressure or exfoliation effect, and it wasted a lot of time. Overall, I strongly do not recommend this spa. It was a complete letdown in terms of service, professionalism, comfort, and value.

I’m totally in love with the design and the elegance of this spa and was very much looking forward to enjoying the massage there. Unfortunately it does not live up to the expectations. 1. We booked 1pm appointments and arrived early at 12:40pm. There is only one receptionist who needs to answer the phone, greet arrival guests, coordinate payments etc. While she was taking care of in person guest in front of us, the phone continued to ring and we continued to wait for her service. 2. Given the multiple roles that one receptionist needs to fill, she asked us to come to the reception area and not telling what needed to do as she’s also accepting payment from another guests. Anyway she needed us to choose the aroma oil. Unlike the other spa we visited in New Year day that offered detail explanation on the various options, this spa is more self service. 3. We asked for deep tissue massage and they did not deliver. Out of the two hours session, at most 30% of the time we feel the massage was doing something. More than half the time all we felt were spreading aroma oil on our body. While it’s relaxing to lay down and listen to soothing music, we did not feel much of a relief on the body ache after the 2-hour massage. 4. The massage bed did not offer any heating blanket. The massage room temperature is quite chill and I feel I’m having a sore throat due to shivering for two hours in naked body covering with only a towel. I am happy to give it a 5 star for decoration and design. However in terms of massage, it’s very disappointed.

I was introduced to Aurasol Wellness and Spa by a popular influencer I follow (check the photos), and I’m so glad I trusted her recommendation—it turned out to be one of the best wellness experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted with a calm, serene atmosphere and the warmest smiles from the staff. The entire space feels like a luxurious retreat from the outside world—beautifully designed with soft lighting, calming scents, and a peaceful energy that instantly puts you at ease. Every detail has been thoughtfully curated to enhance relaxation and comfort. I opted for a signature massage and facial combo, and it was absolutely divine. The therapist was incredibly skilled, attentive, and intuitive—adjusting pressure perfectly and targeting tension areas I didn’t even know I had. The products used were high-quality and left my skin glowing, refreshed, and hydrated. The herbal tea served afterward was the perfect finishing touch, allowing me to linger in the moment a little longer while soaking in the peaceful ambiance. Whether you're seeking physical relief, mental clarity, or just a beautiful space to unwind, Aurasol delivers on all fronts. This isn’t just a spa visit—it’s a complete wellness experience that stays with you long after you leave. I now understand why it’s so highly recommended, and I’ll definitely be returning. Aurasol has earned a top spot in my self-care routine!

I recently had the most incredible spa experience, and I can’t recommend it enough! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The ambiance was soothing—soft lighting, calming music, and a tranquil scent that instantly set the tone for relaxation.

I opted 180 minute scrub and massage, and my therapist was nothing short of amazing. She was attentive, skillful, and customized the session to address my specific needs, making sure to target tension areas while maintaining a perfect balance of relaxation. The pressure was spot-on, and I left feeling like a completely new person—rejuvenated, calm, and with noticeably less tension.

The facilities were impeccable—immaculate, with every detail designed to enhance comfort and tranquility. The lobby, private room, relaxation lounges were all luxurious and inviting, giving me plenty of opportunities to unwind before and after my treatments. My skin felt fresh, glowing, and revitalized afterward.

What truly set this spa apart was the level of service. Every staff member was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely seemed invested in making sure I had the best experience possible. Whether you’re looking for a quick escape from the stresses of daily life or a more immersive, indulgent spa day, this place delivers.

If you’re considering a spa visit, look no further. This is an absolute gem—perfect for anyone in need of relaxation, rejuvenation, and top-tier service. I’ll definitely be...
