The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf — Restaurant in Jakarta

This review is directed at Coffee Bean at PIM 1, not PIM 2.

The service is absolutely horrendous. The waiter (which I presume to be the manager, since he freely berated other staffs) is so unfriendly. You can’t also cancel orders even though you haven’t make payment because somehow “it is already on the system” even though no payment is made yet.

Other staff are really different and are really friendly.

The drinks and the food is what you expect from other similar stores: quite expensive and taste adequate.

Serves standard CBTL fare, drinks and meals. The all-day dining options are well-prepared and quite filling. Pastries and cakes are satisfying as well. Bank Mega Card users get super sweet deal up to 50% off, which makes it very worthwhile. Service is good, staff are really helpful. However, there's a relative lack of power outlets.
