Just stopped in for a quick late night drink and the service was excellent . The manager on shift even stopped in to check on us and to make sure we were okay . I rarely ever see that these days at restaurants/bars . Didn't get her name but it was Friday July 19th, 2024 so big up to her !! Drinks were also delicious.

Recently rebranded to One Bar, and under new management! I had the best mojito of my life here, and prices are reasonable. And the vibes are impeccable. Special mention to the manager who was super chatty and amazing at her job :)

Went for a party of 11 on May 29. We had a reservation booked . However we still had to ask the waitresses and host three times to set the tables up for us, seemed like they didn’t want to do their job and had an attitude the whole time. My husband and brother in law set up the tables for us after waiting for staff to help for 20 minutes. We then waited another 45 minutes for our drinks to be brought and then another hour for our food. Honestly was overpriced for the service you receive. SOME of these waitresses need an attitude check and discussion on how to make it in the hospitality industry especially on how to greet people when they arrive at the restaurant.

Pros:

Our waitress was the only nice one we spoke to, she did the best she could with no help! We saw about three waitresses standing in one spot doing nothing while ours was taking about four trips each time to bring us drinks and food. The other waitresses could have stepped up to give ours a hand.

Good food portions to take home 👍🏼

We were ready to walk out and leave… very disappointed with the service with how much money...

Buzz bar has been one the most disappointing experiences I've ever had . The ambience is quite lovely but it's a shame that the service is so atrocious!!! There's a tall and skinny Indian waiter, his attitude was awful and he's rude . The level of customer service is deplorable. I don't mind buying expensive drinks but the ambience and service has to be on point in order to deliver a memorable and gracious experience. I don't recommend Buzz Bar to anyone. Management please check...

I don't know what happened to the reviewer before me but I have to say I've enjoyed myself everytime I've been to Buzz. Great atmosphere for conversations with friends and the service is quick. One waiter in particular, Jonathan, is always my favorite server. He is always in an upbeat mood, extremely helpful and he has a lot of patience to put up with my friends and I.
