Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Port of Spain

The food was good. Although the dough was a bit raw and the cinnamon rolls were a little overbaked. I got pizza, cheesesticks and tried there new cinnamon rolls. Pizza was decent, cheesesticks were there usual good and the cinnmon sticks were decent. We got to customize half and half to the pizza which was great so everyone could get what they want. The cinnamon sticks didn't taste too good. They were dry, tuff and could use more cinnamon but for the price and the fact that we got eight. I'm satisfied with my purchase and the price reflects the quality, but I would never buy it again.

Service was good, it wasn't busy when I came so your experience my vary. They added new scan qr codes at each table to order now which can be very convenient during busy times and to quickly request items without having to search and call a waiter.

Atmosphere was okay. It's basically the same for years now and it's getting worst. The waiting area seating is getting worst, decor needs a refresh, parking is ok and some spots can be dirty. An example is the entrance, the first thing that everyone sees, is littered with garbage and stains.

Prestige holding is taking advantage of their customers, they have a meal called an ideal pizza simple 6 slice pizza with 2 ingredients and a drink for $35.00. Wholesale flour with up by 33 cents a pound and they eliminated the small drink, the pizza itself seems to have gotten worse, so I stop patronizing them, my money to me has value. However recently I decided to try one of their new specials, call the big box containers a small 4 slice pizza and a side of steak fries I got for $45.00 of course it never looks like what they have advertised. I've included a picture to show what this company is giving their customers for $45.00. I only took it that night so I can share it with the rest of the buying public so they know to stop spending their hard earned money with a franchise that is nothing like the company they represent. Why four stars? The kids had a blast, the food was great! It would've earned five stars if the service was tops, but that evening they seemed to be sorely under staffed and not much interaction came from our wait staff. They mostly seemed overwhelmed/tired by the evening. The wait for a table was horrendous, the wait to place an order and receive wasn't much of an improvement, but the bill took no time at all. I haven't been there in very long time, I chalked it up to an off day, will return just to see. The kids had crazy fun and that was my highlight for the evening.
