Ate here twice. Once before the pandemic and then recently. The service is consistent and good (not great). The food was variable. Pre-pandemic was good hence my 2nd visit. This occasion, the meat was oversalted (like really bad - coq au vin) and the portions were tiny (duck confit). Having visited Paris, this time it was farther in taste from French or even the French fusion cuisine that was on my first visit. I have also ordered the treat box on another occasion and again disappointed. The croissants were “yeasty” and the scones were tough (more like baking powder biscuits). I can’t justify the price for taste in this one. I know they changed sous chefs recently and maybe that is the change. We ordered the escargot, crab cake, duxelle pork, and the shrimp pasta - very good options, incredibly flavourful and reminiscent true French fusion.
Delving into true mystery, we didn't know Far Breton was, so we tried it. Excellent, excellent, excellent. Recommended 100%.
