Papa Johns — Restaurant in Port of Spain

I ordered a pizza at 1:21pm and at 5:55 pm. still no pizza. I was told that the driver was calling me, but i had no missed calls. When i asked what time my pizza could be re delivered, they told me they weren't deliver it, the order was canceled, and i couldn't replace another order because they have already canceled one from me.. this is real nonsense with Papa johns St. james. I definitely won't be buying another pizza here in a rush. There are too many options for better pizza. I should not have to be putting up with this kind of...

Stopped by to pick up some pizzas, it was a last minute, impulse buy. The staff was courteous, and helpful in making suggestions and letting me know about the specials they have.

Parking lot was totally empty, until their delivery driver got back from making a delivery. Which is not surprising since there's currently no in house dining because of the current situation, and how quickly the pizza is made to order.

Absolutely commend this location for how quickly they got the food...

I entered this branch at approximately quarter to 3 there was no one to speak to place my order I looked to the side all the way to the back and saw a woman sitting I said hi repeatedly with no acknowledge ment from her and then another lady came out and asked if I would like to place an order she told me she would be with me shortly.
