The only cheese I tasted on the macaroni-pie was the top layer. The pie itself was bland and tasteless. Disappointing. My sister bought creamy mashed potato that tasted sour like it was going bad. She asked me to taste it because she wasn't too sure and I confirmed that something tasted off. She told 1 of the attendants who said she tasted the batch and it was okay. She asked to have something else and was given a handful of fries... not a full portion.

The creamy mash was a premium side order that my sister paid $5 extra for. When this was raised, the attendant told her that she can't get a refund because she ate most of the mashed potato. My sister explained that she kept eating because we thought maybe it was sour cream, but when I tasted it and told her it's definitely bad, she couldn't finish the meal. She started feeling upset and actually threw up when we got home.

This is extremely poor customer service and just like that, they lost...

A below average experience

Visited a Saturday night so I expected a wait. My order consisted of lamb shoulder with mashed potato and pasta salad as well as a beef ribs (can't remember exact name) with steak fries. The wait was literally an hour long! When the order was finally available, we were informed it was due to the grill being filled with a single order of 12 steaks. This was so unacceptable since some plan should have been put in place to continue the flow of other orders in the chance of that happening as well they should tell you when you order. When we finally got to try the food the mashed potatoes and fries were cold, the meal was subpar and the portions did not match the price. I do not feel any...

We usually get good service from here, however, my sister-in-law just ordered some food for us and when she collected it she told the person that the fries seemed to be a bit over cooked. The person then proceeded to tell her if the fries were burnt, it would have been black. Unfortunately, the fries were indeed burnt or overcooked, however we want to refer to it. Even my daughter who usually eats all her fries, refused to eat it. Our plastic forks weren't able to peirce it and most broke when trying to use a metal fork. While I know its not unheard of for fries to be burnt or overcooked, if it is brought to your attention, I expect a much better response than...
