Somewhere that's nicely tucked away based on the location. The customer service of the server was really good. She was pleasant, courteous, and patient. However, the food was something different. I was extremely disappointed with the lobster that seemed to be overcooked since the meat was 'stringy'. The chicken and baby back ribs were a bit salty..it took away from the flavor of the meat. Their fried plantain weren't bad at all... They were coated in a light batter and were nice and crisp. The chef did admit that it was potentially the new rub since their customers never complained about the meats. I received a complementary slice of cheese cake. We paid for the order and left. A random gentleman warned prior to entering the wait was an hour. He fib, it was more. Didn't mind waiting except barely got acknowledgment from staff at counter to even place order or tell us they're unable to attend atm. Staff walked up and down as though customers were invisible for 15+mins. The steaks were good. Sides nothing exciting. (we tried to get fastest options). This little casual restaurant is truly amazing. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. The ambiance is bright and casual, but the feature that stood out was the food. The shrimp was grilled to perfection and the creamy style gravy paired so well with it. My children enjoyed the soft, juicy and flavourful chicken tenders. I'll definitely recommend here to anyone who appreciates good food and awesome...
