Charlie's Black Pudding — Restaurant in San Fernando

Quality has plummeted since the owners died and just as Sauce Doubles, alot of "Charlie's" has popped up all over the place, possibly family members that wanna cash in on the legacy, but somehow fall short in all areas. The pudding is large and ok but lacks flavor. Best if refried with onions and chives at home. The roast pork was horrendous. The scent it game off upon opening the box is a dire turn off. It smelt as if the pig's skin was basted on top of the meat after frying. No crisp, texture was good but that renk...maaan. The branch in chaguanas seems to be the better of all of these fly by nights and even...

The staff is friendly and the place is very popular with a convenient location and has been there forever. I really used to like their black pudding, however there's an elderly lady there that has no idea what is sanitation. Firstly, she handled my pudding and money in the same un gloved and un washed hands. Additionally after I gave her my money she rested the same knife that is used to cut the pudding, on the money to prevent it from flying away. I also got explosive diarrhea...

This is a world class black pudding maker and shop. I have eaten black pudding from England, sanguinache (sic) from Italy, morcilla from Spain, polish pudding, boudin noir and for some reason the baseline reference for what pudding should be was Charlie's somewhere off cipero st....
