Visited Gulf city location on a Thursday night and 5 parties were seated. Food was tasty but average at best for the price. I had the Mambo Combo. Jasmine rice, 1 oz black beans, sugar coated plantains and two grilled chicken breasts with a small Caesar salad. I had to ask if the rice was par-boiled rice, apparently, based on my cooking and dining experience, it was the cheap jasmine rice. The breasts were small and dry, either they were pigeon breasts or the breasts were sliced in two on the thickness to maximize profits, either way, too small of a protein portion for an adult. Even though it was tasty it's wasn't worthy of $180, more like $85-$90. I'm sure I'll be back but I'll try something else. Photo credit depicting the meal I had: Trotters...

All in all, it was one of my most pleasant experiences for restaurant customer...

The food was good, I tried their Trotters trio and the sauces the chicken breast came in were amazing, the chicken itself nicely seasoned moist an tender, the only thing was keeping that moist and tender consistency through all the chicken outlets as gradually it got tougher for me, however that wasn't a big problem. The food was also very aesthetically pleasing. Service was good, and their beverages were great. I'd go back to the Sando branch just for the ambience and try them again on busier days and see...
